Shipping Policy

All fine art prints are made to order. After your order is placed, I personally review the order details and submit the print for professional production through one of my trusted print labs.

Please allow time for production, quality processing, packaging, and shipping. Most standard print orders are estimated to ship within 7–14 business days, though timing may vary depending on the size, material, print lab schedule, and shipping carrier.

Shipping is included on standard print orders unless otherwise noted at checkout.

Larger statement pieces, custom sizes, special orders, or non-standard materials may require a separate shipping quote before the order is confirmed.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Preiss Photography & Landscape Prints is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, weather delays, incorrect shipping addresses, or delivery issues outside of our control.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and damaged print so the issue can be reviewed.
