3. Orders

Because prints are made to order, please review your print title, size, material, quantity, shipping address, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Once an order has been placed and sent into production, cancellations, changes, returns, or exchanges may not be available. Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including orders with incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, unavailable products, or inaccurate order information.

Prints are professionally produced and shipped after purchase. Production and delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

6. Returns and Refunds
Because prints are made to order, all print sales are final unless there is an approved damage or defect issue.
Returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not available for incorrect size choices, color differences due to screen settings, ordering the wrong item, or change of mind after purchase.
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with the print, please contact us within the timeframe listed in our Refund Policy with your order number and clear photos of the damage, packaging, and product.
